THIS CLASS IS DESIGNED TO INCREASE MUSCLE TONE , REDUCE STRESS , FUN & EXCITING WHILE LEARNING THE FUNDAMENTALS OF MUAY THAI KICKBOXING & IT’S A GREAT WORKOUT !!!
Women will :
- Lessen vulnerability to attack
- Learn strategies for handling various attacks
- Practice simple, effective fight and escape techniques
- Women of all ages and fitness levels are invited
- Mothers & daughters ( 13 years of age and older ) are welcome, as well as young women in college.
